Safety is our primary concern! Parties For Rent, Inc. reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event look attendees.
A $50 deposit will be required for unit(s) rented. Payment must be received within 72 hours of placing the reservation in order for the order to remain in our reservation system. For your convenience, we accept Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, Money Order and Paypal. . All orders should be paid in full before delivery is made unless other arrangements have been made.
Methods of Payment:
Debit Cards, MasterCard ,Visa or American Express for residential customers. A company check is also acceptable for businesses, religious organizations & schools. We no longer accept personal checks. We will accept Business, School and Church Checks with prior notice.
Deposit refunds will be given if cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the event or weather and/or environmental conditions are unacceptable. If event is cancelled with less than 7 Days to event, you will be issued a Parties For Rent Credit on your account. The customer is responsible for communicating poor site conditions prior to delivery.
Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:
Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risks" and "Safety Rules & Operating Instructions". Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents and will need your signature at that time.
For the safety of equipment and personnel, Parties For Rent, Inc. will not setup equipment with the following conditions: rain, snow/ice, high winds, muddy conditions, or the temperature is below 40 degrees. If possible, Parties For Rent, Inc. recommends that you reserve a suitable alternate indoor location for your event such as a church, gym or community center. If you choose to attempt delivery in these conditions, and we are unable to set up due to environmental and/or weather conditions upon arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. Post setup of any equipment, no refunds will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.
In accordance with Idaho State/local laws, we charge 6 % sales tax on all rentals unless a tax exempt number is provided.
" Full Day" = Full day rental (approximately 7-8 hours) " Half Day" = Half day rental (approximately 4 hours)
Receive a $20.00 discount on your next rental for each paying customer that you refer to us. Be sure your friend(s) mentions that they were referred by you when they make their reservation(s). There is no limit to the number of discounts you can receive and they can be used on the same rental. For example, if you refer four friends to us who end up using our services, you will get $100 off your next rental.
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
Delivery vs. Customer Pick-up:
The only items available for pick-up are the basic bounce houses and concession equipment. We do require a Credit/Debit Card number for Damage/Cleaning /Return Time deposit. All pickups are for full day rentals. We need a 24 hour notice for rental give us a call.
